The neoprene exterior actually feels sturdy, not cheap like my old nylon bag, and nothing got crushed on the bottom of my commute. Kept my yogurt cold from 7am through lunch without a single ice pack swap.

Threw this in my backpack on a hike and it survived being squished under a water bottle — that neoprene exterior really does crush-proof. Still had cold cheese and grapes at the summit four hours later.
