Navrženo s vzduchotěsným těsněním, tato dóza obsahuje vnitřní kompresor, který eliminuje vzduch a světlo, čímž zabraňuje oxidaci, takže kávová zrna zůstávají čerstvá o týdny déle.
The airtight seal really does its job — I filled this with a fresh bag of medium roast and there's still a proper pop when I twist the lid open. The internal compressor pushes the air out so the beans don't go stale and oily like they did in my old jar.
Two weeks in and my beans still smell like the day I opened the bag—the airtight seal plus that internal compressor really does keep the air out. It's also a pretty thing to leave on the counter instead of hiding in a cupboard.
I was skeptical about the internal compressor thing, but my morning pour-over has genuinely tasted brighter since I switched to storing beans in this. The airtight seal clicks shut with a satisfying little snap, so I know it's actually working.
