Took it on a beach day and the hands-free carry really is the whole point—I could haul towels and a chair in one trip while the drinks stayed cold. The ice was still solid by the time we left.
Loaded this up with drinks and ice for a weekend trip and everything stayed cold the whole time. The hands-free carry is the part I didn't know I needed until I was hauling chairs and towels at the same time.
Took this to a beach day and the hands-free carry meant I could haul chairs and a towel without juggling anything. Everything stayed cold through a long afternoon in the sun, which honestly surprised me.
