The built-in strainer on this lid actually works — no ice chunks in my last two cocktails. And since it screws onto the cup I already had, I didn't need to buy a whole new shaker.
I lost the lid to my shaker and this replacement screws on tight with zero leaks, even when I shake hard. The measuring cup lines on top are a nice bonus for quick pours.
The built-in strainer actually works better than my old separate one, no ice chunks sneaking into the glass. And the screw-on lid seals tight enough that I've started using it as my measuring cup too.
